FALCON
FALCON project aims to develop a hybrid approach combining both cutting-edge numerical and experimental methods to analyse fluid-structure interaction, better predict and control the aircraft aerodynamic unsteady loads, thus improving the aeroelastic properties and sustainability of aerostructures and reducing the related aerodynamical noise.
eVTOLUTION
eVTOLUTION aims to develop the knowledge, data, tools, and methods that are necessary to understand, model, and optimize aerodynamic performance and noise emissions of eVTOL aircraft. The project has a strong focus on the propulsion-airframe interactions affecting both aeropropulsive efficiency and noise emissions and will also address important issues such as energy management, cooling systems, compliance with noise and safety regulations, sound quality and psycho-acoustic annoyance, and certification.
